I remember the first time I joined a focus group.
I didn’t know why, but I just knew that I HAD to be there…
At the time, I kept saying I was going to finish more music, I was going to make an EP, make more music videos, more sculptures…
but every time I tried to do it on my own, I would make something else more important.
Why did I neglect my inner artist?
I decided I wasn’t worthy of it unless my business was thriving first.
And what I realized is that in the moment that I started to finish those projects it actually helped me in my business, mental health, relationships, energy, and overall lust for life again.
Not only did this help me write and produce 5 new songs for my upcoming EP, but I started creating more content, checking off my business to-do’s, land a side gig herding goats, making more space for self care and spending time with my loved ones.
